SNAPP SPORTS provides an inclusive program for kids and young adults in the Southern District region who have a physical or intellectual disability. For BOTH boys and girls aged from 6 years of age. We meet weekly during the winter sports season (April – August) at Hoxton Park Reserve on Saturday morning from 10a April to august 2024 season
